First Women In Management Program of the Season
The first Women In Management program
of the season will be held on Thursday, September 22nd from 5:30 - 8:00
PM at The Water’s Edge (Giovanni’s II) Restaurant on the Post Road in
Darien. Local celebrity and internationally-recognized businesswoman and
motivational speaker, Jane Pollak, will be the guest speaker.
Pollak’s story will set this year’s WIM Program Theme, Reinventing
Ourselves, into motion. She will share how she has leveraged both
challenges and opportunities to establish extraordinary business growth
and success and offer key points and insights to her success and tools
and tips for navigating one’s own re-invention.
Jane Pollak is an internationally known entrepreneur, artist,
professional speaker and author. She speaks to audiences about
entrepreneurial subjects including turning your passion into a business,
marketing and goal setting. She also coaches creative professionals to
focus on profitability and get known in the media. Her story and work
are frequently in the media including The New York Times, USA Today and
on national television-NBC's The Today Show, HGTV and CBS News. Jane is
the author of Soul Proprietor: 101 Lessons from a Lifestyle
Entrepreneur.
The program fee is $40.00 for WIM Members, $55.00 for guests. Interested
