Matching those seeking advice with a peer with the right expertise is an art and a science. The Peer-to-Peer Member Advisory Committee has developed an innovative scaled approach that permits a busy would-be mentor to commit to a level of support that fits her schedule and work load. Not only are problems being shared and resolved, lasting friendships have been forged in the Peer-to-Peer Advisory process.

Peer-to-Peer Committee Charter

• Create a framework for mentoring activity and organize the program.
• Identify mentor/protégé matches.
• Facilitate participants' entry into the program.
• Works with the Communications group to publicize and support the Peer-to-Peer Advisory Program and reach out to new candidates.
