• Identify and counsel qualified women interested in becoming members.
• Develop strategies and report to the Board around member retention issues.
• Form strategic alliances for extending member benefits.
• Plan, coordinate and direct the annual networking/new member event.
• Work with the Communications group to extend its outreach to prospective members.
