ASPIRE - Works one-on-one with local high school girls mentoring them to Ask, Search, Prepare, Improve, Reward, and Encourage their career goals and professional skills.

Communications - Directs WIM's internal and external communications through Public Relations, Newsletter and Website subcommittees.

Finance - Reviews the annual budget and assures that WIM funds are wisely invested. Oversees annual preparation and filing of the tax return.

Membership - Attracts and retains members by reviewing applications, managing events targeted to prospective members, and promoting awareness of the organization.

Program - Plans and coordinates monthly events and programs, as well as professional development activities.

WIM Scholarship, Inc. - A charitable sister organization that helps deserving women and girls overcome financial obstacles to a college education.
