Role Modeling

The ASPIRE Program is a WIM-sponsored mentoring program for high school girls. The acronym stands for Ask, Search, Prepare, Improve, Reward, Encourage.  Once reserved for girls considered "at risk" by their high school administration, Program participants now represent highly motivated and academic achievers who self-select to participate in this extracurricular activity. For more than 10 years, ASPIRE has grown in popularity and is in great demand at Westhill High School in Stamford, Connecticut.
