Carolyn
Shiffman established her consulting and coaching practice to assist
individuals develop leadership skills for career advancement. Carolyn
has served in executive management positions for over 20 years, working
with for-profit and non-profit institutions. Coming from a diverse
background of healthcare and higher education, Carolyn is known for her
creativity, innovation, strategic planning and collaborative leadership.
Throughout her career she has focused on helping others achieve success
with their professional and personal goals. Carolyn is a graduate of
Baylor University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She received her Masters of Nursing Administrations from the University
of Phoenix. Carolyn is currently working on her doctorate in
Organization and Management at Capella University.
