Give power to your people to influence, innovate, and enhance your business. Hear how to build your organization from the inside up, from the CEO who is taking a 90-year old family business to new levels of growth.

Meredith Reuben put her principles of leadership to work, building Eastern Bag and Paper Company into one of the largest paper distributors in the Northeast. She will inspire you to create a culture of movers and shakers — whatever your level, whatever the size of your business.

About our speaker: Meredith Reuben, CEO of Eastern Bag and Paper Company, is a third-generation leader of the company founded by her grandfather almost 90 years ago. Eastern Bag and Paper was recently recognized as one of the top 25 woman-majority owned companies in the nation by Women’s Enterprise USA Magazine. Ms. Reuben served on the boards of Bridgeport Hospital, the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA), and the Connecticut Governor’s Task Force on Ethics.
