What You Need to Succeed
6 Key Lessons form 35 Female Executives

5:30 to 8:30 PM

The Water’s Edge (Giovanni's II), Darien, Connecticut
$45 for WIM Members $55 for Non-members
(includes networking, cash bar, dinner, and speaker)

Find out what you need to get ahead in today’s competitive business world, from 35 women who made it to the top. Hear the secrets of success that your bosses never told you, with proven advice from female executives who learned from their own extraordinary experiences.

Our speaker literally wrote the book that helped guide professional women to greater success, based on her interviews with women executives who have worked at over 100 companies. At WIM’s February dinner event, Pam Lenehan summarizes the secrets to balancing work and family (and making it look easy, too)…taking charge of your career (but not taking it personally when it comes to business setbacks)… packaging yourself for your target market…and more.

About our speaker: Pam Lenehan is the author of ''What You Don’t Know and Your Boss Won’t Tell You'' and President of Ridge Hill Consulting. During Pam’s 30-year career, her key roles included Managing Director of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse First Boston and CFO of a high-tech start-up. She is on the Board of Directors of two publicly traded companies — and of The Center for Women & Enterprise, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women through entrepreneurship.
